  • Shipping Cost: $7.90 USD

Expedited Shipping (Estimated 3-7 Business Days)

  • All Orders: $15.90 USD

Free Shipping (Estimated 7-15 Business Days)

  • Order Price: $60 USD and above
  • Shipping Cost: $0 USD
Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the processing time and shipping time:
  • For Standard Delivery: 8-18 working days (1-3 days for processing + 7-15 days for shipping).
  • For Expedited Delivery: 4-10 working days (1-3 days for processing + 3-7 days for shipping).
*Please note all delivery time frames provided are estimates only once dispatched from our warehouse. Please also note all timeframes provided are from when your order is dispatched.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.


4. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that Beyond Polish Sale is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Beyond Polish Sale is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to resend the order.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Beyond Polish Sale is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the order has been shipped. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you believe the issue occurred before the package reached you, please contact our customer service team at [email protected], and we will assist you as best as we can.

8. P.O. Boxes

We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes for orders shipped via standard shipping. However, expedited or overnight shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.
