1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- All original tags must be attached.
Note: We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or are no longer in new condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us unless the product is defective or damaged.
Note: Please keep your return tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
3. Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be offered a store credit or a refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions outlined above. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
